All cancellations should be sent in writing by email to info@elevate-dent.com. Elevate Ltd reserves the right to not issue refunds without sufficient notice and any refund decisions will be at our discretion. We would require any notice as early as possible. There will be a 14 day cooling off period upon booking for a full refund.

If refunds are possible, then the following charges will apply:

• Over 60 days prior to the event, 100% refund minus a £200 admin fee
• Within 60 days of the event £1000 will be retained/ charged as your cancellation fee.
• Failure to attend the course on the day will be treated as a late cancellation, £1000 plus your first monthly instalment will be retained/ charged.
